24/7 Health Monitoring

What is heart rate monitoring?

Your heart rate is the number of heartbeats per minute. It is a clear and convenient way to gauge your overall health or measure exercise intensity.

What is my Stress Score?

Your stress score is calculated by analyzing changes in your heart rate. Its value ranges from 0 to 100, with 0-25 indicating rest, 26-50 indicating low stress, 51-75 indicating moderate stress, and 76-100 indicating high stress.
This function helps you understand and respond to changing day-to-day stress patterns.

What about the Body Battery score?

Body Battery is an indicator of your body's current energy level. It's calculated by monitoring changes in your heart rate, stress levels, sleep quality and all-day activity data.
Your Body Battery score ranges from 0 to 100. The higher the score, the more energy you have in reserve to apply to your tasks and duties. A lower score means it might be time to take a rest and recharge.

What can sleep tracking show me?

Sleep tracking technology combines data of your heart rate (and its rate of change), blood oxygen, rate of respiration and bodily movements. Analyzing this data allows you to track your progress as you pass through different stages of sleep: light sleep, deep sleep and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. These sleep stages alternate in waves throughout your overall sleep cycle.

What about blood oxygen saturation?

The respiratory system circulates oxygen around the body. Understanding your blood oxygen saturation (Sp02) can provide valuable insights into your bodily health and physiological condition. According to Mayo Clinic research, an ideal Sp02 value for a person at rest at sea level is 95-100 percent. A result below 90 percent is considered too low.

What can my respiration rate tell me?

Your rate of respiration gauges the number of breaths you take each minute (brpm). Generally, a low rate of respiration while at rest is an indicator of good health. On average, an adult at rest will breathe between 12 and 20 times each minute.

What about female physiological data?

You can use data to predict menstrution and ovulation, and you can record and track your physical condition at each stage of your cycle.
